No Fail, No Roll Pie Crust

This recipe is wonderful in that: it tastes good, it’s quick, and is very inexpensive compared to store-bought crusts. You will need:

  • All Purpose Flour – 1 1/2 cups
  • Sugar – 1 tsp.
  • Salt – 1 tsp.
  • Vegetable Oil – 1/2 cup
  • Milk – 2 Tbls.

Put flour, sugar, salt in 9 inch pie pan.
Mix oil and milk with fork then pour into dry ingredients immediately.
Mix well with fork until most and crumbly.
Press crust mixture against pie pan with a spoon or fingers; flute edges.
Bake according to pie recipe.

If you desire a top crust, make half the above recipe and sprinkle over the pie filling (try my Apple Pie Filling). Excellent on fruit pies because the juices bubble up around it like lattice crust, but this is much more easy 🙂

      Thanks for stopping by.
Since I’ve only started posting just over a week ago, I don’t have any advice except write about what you love to do. Seems to be working for you already though… You have a nice blog!
